We try to minimize our carbon footprint by erecting energy efficient buildings and investing in adequate green cover in all our project sites to supplement the ground cover.
Dr. Graham’s Home – underprivileged children to receive scholarships
Dr. Graham’s Home – a popular mainstream school in Kalimpong – to solicit opportunity for sponsorships to their underprivileged students to whom they provide free education. Nitesh Land believes education is key to empowerment and have enabled this through providing scholarships.
In support of Genesis Foundation that strives to save children
We understand that Children are the future of tomorrow. Thus embraced ideas by Genesis Foundation – wherein a program has been created to save the lives of 7 critically ill, underprivileged children suffering from Cancer, Cardiac Disorder and Organ Failure. Nitesh Land has contributed in the form of grants for this noble endeavor.
Cherysh Trust – for education and women’s sustainability in rural Karnataka, and Goa.
Cherysh focusses on the transformative journey from an early stage learning for the girl child, vocational skill’s training for work choices to secure their future as self-reliant women. We feel strongly that change starts at the beginning of a girl child’s birth. Nitesh Land is vocal about women empowerment through providing them education and infrastructure – collaborating and providing financial aid to Cherysh was a clear route to enable this vision.
Lady Shri Ram College
We feel strongly about standing for education and support for women. Joining hands with Lady Shri Ram College for Women, has long been recognized as a premier institution of higher learning for women in India is another initiative. LSR is committed to nurturing and creating women who are equipped to be world citizens. Nitesh Land has contributed as one of the main participants in the fundraiser in support of the academic and infrastructure expansion plans for LSR in New Delhi.
Supporting Indian Performing Arts
We fiercely understand and acknowledge the heritage and culture of what India has to offer. Providing financial aid to build a platform for various budding artists – The Convention/cultural Centre in Mumbai promotes Indian performing arts and plethora of cultural activities.
Tribal Children of Kalinga Relief & Charitable Trust, Bhubaneshwar given equal oppotunities
We need to understand that India is diverse and it is this diversity that makes us unique. Kalinga Relief & Charitable Trust, Bhubaneshwar, manages a School for poor tribal children, and strives to give them equal opportunities. Nitesh Land takes its motto ‘Expect More’ far and wide. Giving tribal children an opportunity only reaffirms the fact that we as a company would like to ensure a holistic approach on development of the people of the country.
Joining hands with Ekam Foundation – Healthy Child Health Community
Ekam Foundation addresses the neo-natal, pediatric and maternal health care needs of under-privileged children and mothers by complementing and augmenting existing public and private healthcare services.
Nitesh Land has contributed generously in order for Ekam to fulfill their dream to reducing infant mortality rate and improving healthcare outcomes for neonatal, infants and children.

Nitesh Land began its legacy in Bangalore, thus pays a tribute to the city in many ways; Aiding and providing ambulances to few government hospitals in Bangalore.
Undertaking constructional upgrade work for a government school in Sigehalli, a village adjacent to our residential project in Whitefield, Bangalore.
Dialysis Machine to CSI Hospital
Dialysis is the only way to save life of patients with irreversible renal failure. As a part of our Corporate Social Responsibility and also to provide life-saving service to needy patients, Nitesh Land has presented a Dialysis Machine to the CSI Hospital, Bangalore.
We deeply appreciate the CSI hospital which is making noble endeavors to help economically weak but needy patients and humbly support the hospital with this presentation.
