Nitesh Land started with a small dream of one individual – to be in the real estate space.

It didn’t take long for this dream to grow wings and evolve into a strong vision. A vision to achieve absolute perfection in all endeavours.

2004

• Started development of the first property Nitesh Broadway, Office building on MG Road, Central Business District, Bangalore.

• Commenced development of Nitesh Timesquare Office building on MG Road, Central Business District, Bangalore.

• Signed fine land on M G Road for a second office building.

2006

• Design work of "Ritz Carlton, Bangalore" was initiated. 

• Completed construction of Nitesh Broadway Building on MG Road, Central Business District, Bangalore. 

• Initiated work on India's largest corporate housing project for ITC Limited.

• Completed development of Nitesh Timesquare – A Grade office Building on M G Road.

• Signed up Prime Downtown land parcel for a 5-star Luxury Hotel.

• The prestigious Nitesh Mayfair development, in Kasturba Road in Bangalore, brought to fruition.

• Successfully completed, Nitesh Wimbledon Park, a notable development on Race Course Road in Bangalore.

• Started ground-breaking for India's first hotel for Ritz Carlton Hotel on Residency Road Bangalore.

• Concluded the development of Nitesh Buckingham Gate in Lavelle Road, Bangalore.

• Completed one of India’s largest Corporate Housing Projects for ITC Limited.

• Successfully completed the Nitesh Canary Wharf, A residential development located in Richmond Town, Bengaluru.

• Commenced the development of Nitesh Lexington Avenue, an "A" Grade office building situated in the Central Business District on Brigade Road, Bangalore.

• Acquired hotel land in Bolgatty Island, Kochi.

• Achieved the successful completion of Nitesh Central Park in Bangalore.

• Completed Nitesh Camp David, a Residential project in Frazer Town, Bangalore.

• Completed Nitesh Lexington Avenue, Office building on Brigade Road, Central Business District, Bangalore.

• Completed construction of The Ritz-Carlton, in downtown Residency Road, Bangalore and opened it to public on 31 October 2013.

• Signed up properties for the gated developments named Napa Valley and Long Island. 

• Travel+ Leisure recognizes The Ritz-Carlton, Bangalore as Number 1 Business Hotel in India.

• Conde Nast Readers Travel Awards : Favorite New Business Hotel in India.

• Nitesh Land acquires a distressed shopping mall from an Israeli company, situated in the upscale Koregaon Park, Pune, for Rs 250 crore.

• Partnered with Virat Kohli – ace cricketer, to be our Brand Ambassador. Virat is an Indian International cricketer who is the former captain of the Indian Cricket Team.

• Nitesh Land logo evolves, launch of new logo.

• Sold a 4 acre land parcel in Kochi, Kerala for Rs. 26.5 CR.

• Launched and celebrated the opening of Nitesh HUB, a 1.3 million sq. ft. shopping mall at Koregaon Park, Pune.

• Nitesh Land Launches Nitesh Plaza - Half a Million sq. ft Grade A Office Building in Downtown Bengaluru.

• Nitesh Land, divested Nitesh Hub Mall in Koregaon Park, Pune.

• Completed the divestment of a prime downtown land parcel in Cunningham Road.

• Pandemic of Covid disrupted the business and a total re-orientation was done for 2 Years.

• Completed Nitesh Logos, an upscale residential development located on Aga Abbas Ali Road, Bangalore.

• Achieved the completion of Nitesh Long Island, a gated community situated in Devanahalli, Bangalore.

• Ventured into the self-storage industry.

• Signed a deal for a property intended for an office building on prime Lavelle Road.

• Forayed into the Warehousing and Industrial space business for creating Distribution centers and A Grade Warehouses.
